Why Has my Payment Failed?
Payments can fail for a number of reasons including:
- Bank information is incorrect
- NSF i.e. non-sufficient funds (bank account payments only)
- Credit card limit is full
- Credit card or bank account transaction is blocked by your bank (calling them will usually resolve the issue)
If you know for a fact that your transaction has failed for NSF or because your credit card was full, you can re-attempt the transaction yourself after fixing the underlying issue (putting funds in your account or clearing some of your credit card balance).
If you suspect that transaction is not going through because the bank account information is incorrect, you can try re-entering it by verifying your account information is entered correctly (visit How to Add a Bank Account)
