Why Has My Payment Failed?

Payments can fail for a number of reasons including:

  • Bank information is incorrect
  • NSF i.e. non-sufficient funds (bank account payments only)
  • Credit card limit is full
  • Credit card or bank account transaction was blocked by your bank - calling them will usually resolve the issue

In all cases, you will receive an automated email from TUIO notifying you why the payment failed, and how to resolve it.

If your transaction has failed due to NSF or because your credit card was full, you can re-attempt the transaction after resolving the underlying issue.

If you suspect that the transaction is not going through because the bank account information is incorrect, you can try re-entering it by verifying that your account information is entered correctly (How to Add a Bank Account).
