What Happens When I Delete my Payment Method?

Deleting a payment method in TUIO has 2 consequences

  1. Payments will no longer process from this payment method and you will receive a "Payment Failed" email notification for any invoices that were set up to be paid with this method. 
    1. See how to change your payment method if you have deleted your method, for instructions on how to replace it with another one. 
  2. Your school or daycare will not be able to refund your payment method on TUIO. Therefore, please ensure sure that you do not delete your payment method prior to getting any refund you may be expecting on it.

If your payment method is linked to scheduled payments on one or more enrollments, you will need to Change the payment method for the enrollment(s) before deleting the payment method.
