What is TUIO?

TUIO helps schools and families manage registrations, forms, invoices and payments. Depending on the services your school uses, you can review issued invoices, set up payments, register for programs and access school communications through your parent account.

Who processes my payments?

Card and bank details are entered into the payment processor's form within TUIO and sent directly to that processor. TUIO does not collect or store the full card or bank account number. See Security & data protection for the current explanation.

Where is my data stored?

School and family records, including files uploaded to TUIO, are stored in Canada on Amazon Web Services infrastructure. Other systems used to run TUIO's business may involve information held in Canada or the United States.
