# How to View or Download an Invoice

Open **Invoices** in your TUIO account to review billed charges, due dates, payment history and PDF copies.

### View or download an invoice

1. Sign in to TUIO and open **Invoices**.
2. Find the invoice using Search and the available filters. Use **More filters** for additional options.
3. Open the invoice to review its details and payment history, including payments and refunds.
4. To save a PDF, open the invoice card's **Options** menu and choose **Download PDF**.

### Understand the amount shown

The invoice total is the amount originally billed. The remaining balance is the amount still owing. Check the invoice details for payments and refunds rather than relying only on the card.

Use the available issue-status and date filters to distinguish issued invoices from upcoming invoices and to narrow the period you need. Check the selected filters if an expected invoice is missing.

### Pay an invoice or change future payments

Use **Pay now** when it is available and you want to pay an eligible invoice. See [How to Pay an Invoice with Pay Now](https://parentsupport.tuiopay.com/how-to-pay-an-invoice-with-pay-now?hsLang=en). An invoice on hold cannot be paid by a parent. Contact the school about holds, charge corrections or an unexpected balance.

For future enrollment payments, check the payment method assigned to the enrollment. Saving a method, paying one invoice and assigning a method for future payments are separate actions.
