# How to Request Support or Share Feedback in TUIO

Use **Help and feedback** on the page where you need help to find relevant articles or send a request.

1. Open the TUIO page related to your question.
2. Expand **Help and feedback**, where available.
3. Open **Help center** or one of the suggested articles for instructions.
4. To send a message, choose **Share feedback**. The link names the page you are using.
5. Under **I want to**, choose **Request support**, **Report a bug**, or **Make a suggestion**.
6. Describe what you were trying to do and what happened. Include a relevant invoice, enrollment or registration ID if available.
7. Use **Attach files** for useful images or documents, up to 10 MB in total, then select **Send**.

### Choose the right type of message

**Request support** sends a question or help request to the support team. Use **Report a bug** for something that is not working as expected, and **Make a suggestion** for an improvement idea.

Include enough detail to locate the issue. Do not include passwords or full bank or card details. You can also email [support@tuiopay.com](mailto:support@tuiopay.com).

### When to contact your school

Contact your school about its charges, service-fee policy, enrollment or class placement, forms it requests, or receipt corrections. TUIO support can help with technical questions about using the platform.
