If you need to change your account details - such as name, password, email or phone number - it can all be done directly on your **My Account** tab.

If you have forgotten your password and cannot access your account, simply go to [https://app.tuiopay.com](https://app.tuiopay.com), enter your email and click on **Forgot password** to reset it.
