How do I Change My Details

If you need to change your account details - such as name, password, email or phone number - it can all be done directly on your TUIO My Account tab.

If you have forgotten your password and cannot access your account, simply go to https://app.tuiopay.com, enter your email and click on Forgot password to reset it.

If your email address can't be changed please contact support@tuiopay.com.
