Am I Set Up for Everything I Should Be?
You've registered for a program, entered or selected your payment details, and now you're curious if there's anything else to do or if your payments are current.
A simple way to confirm everything is in order is to check your Enrollments tab. There, you'll find all the program enrollments your children are part of.
By looking at the Status column, you can easily determine if you're all set for an enrollment—if the status shows 'Active'.

If you have not yet set up payment for an enrollment, you will instead see a message that reads 'Pending Payment Setup', and you will need to click on the Enrollment ID number (in green) to complete the set up.

If your payment method is already set up but has failed, a message will appear stating 'Payment Method Failed' along with 'Update Payment Method'.
